What devices are supported?

The iPhone app requires iOS 18 or later. The companion watch app requires watchOS 11 or later. Many recovery features work best with overnight Apple Watch data. Available insights depend on the readings in Apple Health and the permissions you grant.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Follow the permission steps when setting up Parallax. To change access later, open Apple Health, tap your profile, find Apps or Apps and Services, and choose Parallax. Allow the data types you want to use, then reopen Parallax and refresh.

Why is my data missing?

First check that the readings appear in Apple Health and that Parallax has permission to read those categories. Keep your Apple Watch and iPhone connected so readings can sync, then refresh Parallax. Some sources arrive later than others.

Apple Health does not tell apps whether read access was denied or there are simply no readings. A blank result can mean either. Parallax may also need more history before it can show a personal baseline.

Why does my score differ from another app?

Different apps use different inputs, time windows, and methods. Parallax compares available signals with your personal history. A readiness estimate describes that comparison; it is not a clinical measurement or a universal measure of health.

How do I change or remove my data?

You can change Health access in Apple Health and delete saved daily scores from Parallax settings. To remove local app records, delete the app rather than offload it, and remove its watch companion if installed. The original readings in Apple Health are managed separately.

See the privacy policy’s deletion instructions for details, including shared widget data and exported files.

Will my history transfer to a new phone?

Parallax’s local database is excluded from backups. Available Apple Health readings can be imported again after you grant access on your new phone. Tags, check-ins, experiments, and app settings may not be restored.

How do I join the beta?

Parallax is preparing for beta, and a public invitation link is not yet available. Email support@hecano.com with availability questions.

Where do I send a privacy request?

Email support@hecano.com and describe your request. You do not need to include your health history. We can help with information held in support messages, but cannot remotely access the app’s local database.
