THE EXPERIENCE

See your readiness alongside sleep and overnight signals, with a comparison to your own usual. Open the details to see what contributes to the picture.
TODAY & RECOVERYExplore how routines, daylight, and the things you log tend to line up with your sleep and recovery. Early patterns stay labeled as early patterns.
PATTERNS & PERSONAL BASELINESRun a personal experiment, keep track of what you tried, and compare the results. Learn from your own experience, at your own pace.
PERSONAL EXPERIMENTSLESS SECOND-GUESSING. MORE CONTEXT.
That’s where Parallax starts. Your baseline develops from your own history, with confidence shown when a reading needs more context.

PERSONAL MEANS PERSONAL
You choose what Parallax can read. The current beta analyzes your data and writes your briefing on your device.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
An iPhone running iOS 18 or later, and data in Apple Health. Apple Watch provides many of the overnight signals used for recovery. What you see depends on the data you choose to share.
Parallax reads data already available in Apple Health, so there is no Parallax wearable to buy. The app is preparing for beta; public availability and any future pricing have not been announced.
Parallax is a general wellness app. It describes patterns and estimates against your own history. It does not diagnose or treat a condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
The current beta uses on-device calculations and built-in briefing text, with no AI network requests. If optional AI-written briefings become available, they will require separate consent that explains the provider and the summary being sent.
Parallax is preparing for beta. For availability questions, contact support@hecano.com. There is no public App Store or TestFlight link yet.
